個資法說明 為落實個人資料之保護，茲依據個人資料保護法（以下稱個資法）規定告知下列事項： 依個人資料保護法等相關法令規定，在主管機關所核准之特定目的範圍內蒐集您與他人的姓名、性別、電話、電子郵件、身分證字號、出生年月日等。 針對前述條文，主辦單位將保有您所提供的個人資料，並將在主辦「2019台日經貿永續論壇」活動範圍及期間內僅以電子檔或紙本形式，處理或利用所蒐集的個人資料。(「處理」是指將蒐集的個資建立檔案，以及此檔案所做的處理，包括資料記錄、輸入、儲存、編輯、更正、複製、檢索、刪除、輸出、連結或內部傳送。) -- To protect personal information in accordance with the Republic of China (Taiwan) Personal Information Protection Act, the host organization is allowed to collect the information including name, gender, telephone number, email address, personal ID, date of birth and other information of you and other participants, under the purpose and scope authorized by the government authority. Based on the regulation stated earlier, the host organization will possess your personal information. The information will be handled and used in electronical and hard copy forms solely during the 2019 Taiwan-Japan Economic and Trade Sustainability Forum within the scope of event.
